Is it possible to lose 11 pounds in 4 weeks if i was 4'11 and weighted 148 pounds and my calorie intake was 1300.

just wondering....what is so important about 11 pounds?

and also, it is better to loose no more then a pound a week, the slower you loose it off, the less likely it will come back

and last, never eat 1,300 calories!! Your body will go into starvation and will freak out! Only do about a 100-250 calories deficient of your set point calorie intake...

I read a bunch of dieting crap a long time ago and even though a lot of them had a bunch of different info in them a lot of them seemed to agree that it was only healthy to lose around 1.5-2lbs a week. That probably would be with a great diet and exercise.. not a VLC (Very Low Calorie diet) which probably won't help you in the long run.. anyway if you get started and say you lost the max each week 2lbs (but probably isn't likely to be a solid 2lbs a week).. then you could get pretty close to your goal by losing 8lbs (2lbs a week for 4 weeks).. anyway why do you 'need' to lose 11lbs in 4 weeks?

Hey everyone, i am new here and i just filled out my profile today. I am 5'2" and weigh 190lbs and i want to lost about 40 of it and was wondering if anyone had any advice for me?

hey,
ive recently been on these dietary pills called Xtra lean. Ive been takin them for a week almost n havent seen really much change... even tho the clerk at the store said i shood see sum quik results. Now how long quik? I does contain ma haung, caffiene and quite a bit of other things. So if anyone has any advice on these thing, have u taken them before? do u know if ill b expecting results soon?

anykinda pill or supplement doesn't work for everyone......that guy told u that because he wanted a sell. i tried every kinda diet pill there is.........all i do is work out now and watch what i eat i just watch my carbs and startches and cut cokes out of my diet. when i lost weight from 270 to 227 i had 21% body fat. now i am around 240 and about 15% and i don't use pills or fad diets.......gaining 5 lbs of muscle is a natural fat burner if u keep ur caloric intake the same that exrta muscle will burn calories 24 7 i think it will burn about 300 to 400 cal a week depending on ur metabolism.

HI Leila!
I am 5'2" and I was at 190 pounds to at one point. I started to diet and exercise and I am now 24 years old and 130 pounds. My advise to you is This; exercise and eat right. once you start with that and stick to it you will get there. I know it's hard but you have to stick to it.
