I lifted weights when I was younger, and found that I bulk up very easily. Even if I was at my goal weight, my legs would still be huge due to excessive leg lifting in the past. I want to lose some weight, and would like to start lifting again to help reach my goal, but need some guidance on how to do that without having the rest of me wind up big lke my legs.
