I am new to FreeTrainers.com and have a question regarding my Fitness Plan. Day one has me doing chest (3 sets of exercises); shoulders (3 sets) and triceps (2 sets). My question... should I do one set of chest, one set of shoulders and one set of triceps, then go to the next set? Or should I doo all the chest, followed by all the shoulders, etc?

I would do all of the chest, followed by shoulders, and then triceps. Triceps are a much smaller muscle group, and they are also worked when doing chest and shoulder exercises.
