Weight prgram 4 olympic style Taekwondo

Could someone plz help and provide some help with my weight training program that will compliment my taekwondo trainin... My Height is 183cm 6foot and 82-84kilos, Im from Australia and i regularly compete in taekwondo tournaments, im lookin towards gainin a selection in the australian team... My Aim is to gain especailly more muscle tone rock hard abbs, speed and lil bit of size..I currently train in tkd 4times a week.. weight training twice a week with reps consist of 15-20..FAST.. and 3 sets... 1day is chest tric and legs abbs. 2nd day is Back biceps shoulders abbs, My workouts generally last about to 45mins too 1hr.. Flexibitly training is 4times a week. Just would like to know if im doin the correct type of weight training.. My knowledge of weight training has never been my strength.. Cous some1 plz help me provide some tips and excersises.
