iv heard the key to putting on muscle is to make your weights heavier throughout my program around how much weight do you think i should add on and how often do you think i should add it or how much weight does anyone else add on.

gelson17.. it is quite simple.

First you have your target reps for each set in a specific exercise: such as 10,8,6,4. You must use a weight which you can only perform aprox. 10 repetitions on your first set. This means that if you are able to do 12..13 or more reps you need to ad weight - understand? Then for the next set which has 8 repetitions in my example, you would obviously have to use a heavier weight to fail at aprox. 8 reps.

And yes.. you do need to keep increasing your weights with correct form to put on muscle.. more strength = more muscle.
