Im just sitting here wondering if it fine to eat like a freak LOL. Since being on the program about 3 weeks and really starting to eat ive went from 134 to 144lbs, I just dont wanna end up with fat thats hard to get off,I am on creatine and i know that adds weight but I have been eating good foods at least trying to.Also my goal weight is 165 and was wondering if the best idea would be just to simply gain mass and then rip myself when i am 165??? Thanks any input is appreciated.....
You need the calories to put on muscles but of course you need to eat mostly clean food.
Yes, it'll be easier to cut after having achieved some more muscle mass but still be careful of not gaining too much fat since it'll then be harder (or rather longer) to loose.
