i am 5'8" male 180 1bs, 44 years old i walk 2 miles 5-6 days per week in 30 min. i now have a total body work out machine(the one on tv you see chuck norris use} that was given to me all i want to do is get rid of the flab, and tone up dont care nothing about being big or a bodybuilder have started eating right or what i consider right, nothing fried alot of fish and vegtables. But it seems the weight is just creeping off i have been doing this for about 3 weeks and have lost 5 lbs just dont make sense iwas eating what ever i wanted and not excersing and stayed around 185 now doing everything it seems by the book and at 180
Well, it's only been 3 weeks. You should only be losing about 1-2 pounds per week, so it sounds like you are doing fine. Maybe you just need to be patient. If you do, in fact, reach a plateau, you can try upping the intensity of your cardio or doing it for a longer period.
