just a quick question. I recently started this 12 week program, and while only on week 3 I have been working out and doing cardio for the last year. I am 5'6" 228lbs. My question is I never ever go below that and I can only go up 1lb. I drink about a gallon of water a day, but I would like to see some of this spare tire to go! Any suggestions on what more I can do? We do cardio for about 30 minutes 5 days a week at the gym and then our workouts.

The only way to get rid of the spare tire is to make doubly sure your diet is up to snuff. Clean. Try to change your workouts from heavy to light and alternate reps.
