My question is it better to lift weigths before or after cardio? I always thought it was better to do it after but i read something on here where someone said it was better to lift weights before cardio. so I just wanna know what you guys think. What about swimming? if i ran,swim, and lift weights what order should i do it in?

Cardio should be done after weight lifting....
running and swimming are both forms of cardio...and are redundant to do on the same day...
