I know this may sound like a stupid question, but I just started this program and it is the first time I have worked out like this. Usually I do aerobics. When you fill in your reps and input weight, what do you put in the input weight box, if for example you are just doing ab crunches or home squats? I haven't been putting anything in because I just thought that box was for if you used weights, but when I go to my progress chart it is only letting me look at the muscle groups that I have put a weight in the input box. Please help.

Good question on the abs section. I'd like to know also.

I think that if you don't put any thing it would not count if you just put zero it won't count. The only way it shows your progress is if you put weight with your workout, for example put a dumbell or two on your chest when you do crunches

What if you are doing push ups how would enter the weight on that?
