im a hardgainer and find it inconvenient to eat 5 or 6 meals a day sometimes. Is there something i can make or buy that is in liquid form that I could just constantly drink? Something that adds up to 500-1000 calories a day and will help me gain weight but is also nutritious at the same time. I've tried some weight gainers but find them extremely insoluble and hard to finish. Any really good weight gainers in paticular? or shakes? etc?
