see here's the thing. Right now I'm about 5'9, and 158 lbs. I am stil considered pretty skinny, especially my arms. I want to gain weight and muscle in my arms especially and my chest. But for my legs, back, abs and calves, i just want them to be tone. So i was wondering if there is a way i can gain muscles and mass in my chest in arms, yet just tone in the other areas, and what i can do. thanx
