Laugh it up boys :) I was given both a weight gainer and another standard protein power from a friend for free cause he didnt want them anymore (any extra protein MUSCLE GAIN im gonna jump all over it). However, im trying to cut calories right now and im acting accordingly. Id like to get rid of the weight gainer but im wondering if i take a couple scoops of it in the morning will this hinder my goals to put on lean mass and lose some weight?? Im a little low on money so im just saying I like the fact i can use this protein to gain muscle however will a couple scoops of it a day be enough to keep me at a maintenance level rather than a calorie deficit?? Please get back to me.
by the way... Havent changed up my diet much. Im trying to eat more greens and im doing about 20 minutes of hiit cardio every second day (20 minutes more than i have been doing for a long time :)) Please respond boys. Thanks.

It depends on what else you eating. I wouldn't take a weight gainer normally, unless I had a super high metabolism. With a weight loss goal, it REALLY doesn?t make sense. However, it will not affect your weight loss goal as long as you are still in a calorie deficit. Just to make a point, it probably has a lot of carbs and fat that you don?t really want in weight loss program, unless they are good fats like the omega 6s and 3s.
