Weight Gain Goals and Cardio

hi, i am 19 years of age and i weight around 150-155 and i wish to move up to around 185 at some point. I have been taking creatine for about a year and a half now and i find that it is helping me alot, although i moticed my cardio level has gone down drasticcly over the past couple years so i am hoping to work it in to my workouts. What should i do to still maintain my weight gaining goal but also increase my cardio level.

If you have access to a gym and or Treadmill jog or run for about 20 minutes tops even 10 or 15 will help allot and not hurt you.

Do it 1 day per week and see who that feels and if you want more add another day but don't go beyond 3 days.

I'm one that hate cardio but loves the endurance and stamina it gives me so I go as I feel and if I feel I have to run I do so.

You can also do what I have just implemented into 2 or my workout days and thats to super set some exercises.

For instance tomorrow I'll Bench heavy with 6 reps and as soon as I hit that last rep in each set I'll pick-up a set of dumbbells and do a set of 12 to 15 then rest for 1 minute and repeat.
