how much weight shold you start with, im 5'1, 115lbs, female:dumbbell:

Welcome to freetrainers kxcorky.
To find your starting point just choose weight that you think you could handle safely, with correct form while execising. If you are not feeling any resistance by the last 3 reps, then take more weight. Starting is different for everyone.
