if you do a weeks worth of lifting in one night how muchj rest afterwords do u think you'd need? (im not new i just forgot my password and had problems with my adresss)
First of all I would highly reccomend against doing a weeks worth of lifting in one night, and there is no "Definite rest amount", you rest or do regeneration work until your muscles feel ready to go again.
word... you'd be either brutally overtraining or perhaps killing yourself (if you're lucky) by doing that much work in such a short amount of time... just pace yourself and take it a day at a time... if you miss an entire week, don't worry about it... just continue from where you left off... good luck...
