Not entirely sure what your question is, so let me answer you this way. FT's programs are based on split training (training each muscle group individually) as opposed to circuit training (training all muscle groups at once). They are designed this way to maximize muscle gain.
Some athletes, however, prefer circuit training. This actually helps more with endurance and stamina, but it lacks the focus gained by concentrating on a specific muscle group.
Does this make sense? Not sure what your goals are, but if it's mass, then the split training may be more beneficial.
