Any body interested in this? I figured we could pick a day and everybody posts their progress - good or bad for a dose of congratulations or motivation. I was thinking wednesday, maybe humpday would be a good day to see something positive or get a reset for the rest of the week. If a different day works better just let me know what you think.
Cool - Wednesday still good? Remember to stay consistant and weigh in the morning before eating, starkers. I weighed myself the other day without clothes and thought Whoa, I lost two pounds in a day? Turns out my sweats weigh 2 lbs...who knew!
I weighed myself this morning and I was 145.2! I started actively trying to lose weight about 3-4 weeks before Christmas. I cut out milk - which I drank like a 2 year old - and lost 3 lbs from that. I started at about 153lbs. Nice, no workout for me today tho, the baby was up at 11:30, 2:00, 3:00, and popped up at 6:00. In-laws were here durning nap time so no rest for the wicked. My in-laws are taking the baby on Friday for the afternoon and little big man is in Daycare for the day. Which means date-day!...At the gym with hubby. If I can keep it up and lose 1 lb a week I will be at my goal weigh by July. God how good would it feel to reach my goal by summer. Motivation for me! October is the absolute deadline though, which should be doable even if something gets in the way.
