-------------- I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it is gone past me I will turn to see fear's path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain

Dave, if I may suggest, take some before pictures now. Also keep a log of your exercises. You may be glad you did in a year. Maybe you too Mike.
Dave, apparently you have a way with people. I know Mike does. Keep up the good work.

I print out all my work outs then I keep them in a binder and circle the max's for the week. That way I can go back and see progress and also design the next weeks strategy. :dumbbell:

i hate pictures but it would be a good idea.the ones i have on here are from when i signed up and a seamtress friend took measurements of everything she could get tape around but i also have a binder of my workouts .i'm not sure how to measure biceps/triceps so she just measured from center of arm around in both directions if this is how it's done i only have 71/2 in biceps sounds better when i say my arms are 15 1/2 around lol.

You can ho to mybodycomp.com and log your measurements. It is very complete as far as logging all the measurements. I have mine there from last May. Interestingto review the changes monthly or so. The site professes to be a bodyfat checker but I don't think its accurate. Still, interesting stuff.
