My eight week program for this site will be up at the end of this week. I'm planning on doing a week off and then start another program. My question is: I need to do A LOT more cardio, so would it be wise to do cardio in place of my normal workout for my off week? or would this defeat the purpose of the off week and rest etc.? Thanks for the help, it's been almost 8 weeks and yall have always been here to answer my questions, just wanted to thank yall for it while it's on my mind!!:big_smile:

I think it is personal preference, I have done it both ways. At some point, maybe after 4-6 months you will probably want to take a complete break. Since most people have trips or vacation a couple times a year, that might be a good time for that.
