Week 6 need some help

I am on my 6th week with ft & am really enjoying the program. I can start to see more definition in my arms,abs & my legs. The problem is my legs seem to be getting bigger. Is this normal? My eating is very good except I can't seem to get enough calories & carbs. My nutrition profile says I should be taking in 1600 calories 254 carbs & 126 protein. I have no problem with getting the protein, I am usually around 140. Carbs are usually around 190 & calories vary between 1200 & 1400. Could this be my problem? Or should I just have a little more patience. Thanks!

Patience. What's happening is you are building muscle underneath bodyfat. Once you have gotten rid of the bodyfat, the muscle will come through.

Are you doing any cardio at all? i noticed that that i got bigger and i just included more cardio and that helped . Your muscle u build will burn off the extra fat.Everyones body is different though. What worked for me may not work for you.Good luck though

I'm doing cardio 4-5 times a week & switching it up with hiit. Thanks for replying!
