I am on my 6th week with ft & am really enjoying the program. I can start to see more definition in my arms,abs & my legs. The problem is my legs seem to be getting bigger. Is this normal? My eating is very good except I can't seem to get enough calories & carbs. My nutrition profile says I should be taking in 1600 calories 254 carbs & 126 protein. I have no problem with getting the protein, I am usually around 140. Carbs are usually around 190 & calories vary between 1200 & 1400. Could this be my problem? Or should I just have a little more patience. Thanks!
Are you doing any cardio at all? i noticed that that i got bigger and i just included more cardio and that helped . Your muscle u build will burn off the extra fat.Everyones body is different though. What worked for me may not work for you.Good luck though
