Hello all.
Just a quick one today.
Can you drink to much water? Everything I have read always says "minium or at least. Just curious as I drink between 4 to 6 liters daily.

I think you're drinking the perfect amount. You can drink more if you'd like, but try not to drink less. A growing body needs water to support an anabolic environment. Remember: water is nature's best diuretic. Supplement with a good multivitamin and multimineral to maintain a good vitamin and electrolyte balance.

You must be young because if we old folks tried that we'd piss forever. Remember that your kidney have to filter out any water that is not needed. You can overload your kidneys and if find yourself pissing in the middle of the night and you don't have kidney problems then you probably are intaking too much.
