This is a very good site www.fitday.com You log all food eaten for day. It gives you break up of carbs, fat, etc. Hope yopu find it useful.

Wow! That is the best thing ever. I love how it lets you adjust the nutritional value of the foods they have listed and it's so easy to use. THANK YOU :)

Its a terrific site to log your intake. Another good one for info is, calorieking.com also a free site.
