Hey all,

I am on day 4 of my excercise program and have a, probably silly , question about the programs. The first set as laid out by the site is always a high number of reps. Is this meant to be a warm up set with low weight or just a normal set but with more reps?

Stowned,

By virtue of the high-reps-low-weight being loaded at the front of the routine, I would assume it's there for warm-up. Kinda depends on what your goal setup was. The nature of the workout will change depending on what you are going for.

I practice the same thing in my workout, but I don't do a whole lot of reps cause I want to be able to have plenty of juice left for pushin the maximum weight that I can at the end. (I'm going for mass)

Good luck to ya

Ah.. cause I started out doing the first set with the same weight as the rest of the excercise but reduced the number of reps on it. Otherwise I can't make it to the end of the excercise.
