Want to loose inches on my thighs

Hi, I'm 5'4" and weigh 142. I've been working out for about 4 months, at least 4 times a week, but I seem to gained weight instead of losing. My thighs and hips are too big and I'm trying to lose inches on my thighs. I started running 3 miles evry other day and aeorobics for about an hour. What is a good leg work out to lose inches?

you have to concentrate on your diet to maybe thats why you have gained anf not lost, and also factor muscle, i would measure each 2nd week and see if you get results that way and also as said here many many times you cant spot reduce you have to work out your whole body not just the part you want to change. so change your diet make sure your getting the right amount of cal/kj and keep up the exercise maybe mix it up so your muscle dont get fimiliar with the routine and see how you go.
