Hey guys, I'm new to the boards as you can see. Usually for cardio I go running outside for about 20min 4 times a week, but I think I kinda messed up my ankle today - I can't jog/run without a pain. So instead, would walking (before breakfast of course) with a 15kg bag for 45min suffice? I'm trying to build up endurance and lose that little fat just below the abs. I'm trying to get my body fat down to about 8-9%
