Walking question (help!)

Hi there Im kind of new to this site, but I just have a quick question for anyone who might know the answer. I have decided to walk for at least 30 minutes a day to start as my excercise program, but the problem is that I dont know if there is a more effeciant time to walk or if it dosen't matter what time you walk everyday. Please help. Thanks.:big_smile:

They say for fat burnind if convienent first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. For general fitness any time of the day 30 minutes at a good pace will do.

or you can break it up (ie 3 10 minute walks) across the day
