Hi there Im kind of new to this site, but I just have a quick question for anyone who might know the answer. I have decided to walk for at least 30 minutes a day to start as my excercise program, but the problem is that I dont know if there is a more effeciant time to walk or if it dosen't matter what time you walk everyday. They say for fat burnind if convienent first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. For general fitness any time of the day 30 minutes at a good pace will do.
