I would say i am relatively new to working out. Only recently have a i truly realized the importance of weight training on a regular basis and sticking with it. Having said that, i have spent hours reading numerous posts and have a few questions. I am sure they have been answered, but i have read so much that i think i may begun to confuse myself... so here are my questions
1. I have a whey protein shake straight after weight training (currently 3 times a week after work using freetrainer's schedule). I have lately started having protein shakes first thing in the morning - primarly for convenience sake
a) Should i wait for a certain time after having the protein in the evening to have dinner? If so how long?
b) Is it ok to have protein shake first thing in the morning?
2. I have a small build (5ft7, 146lbs) and hence my love handles look pretty bad on me. So while my goal is build muscle mass, i think loosing the love handles is important to simply have a better looking body.
a) What are the key things i need to do in terms of dieting to help me loose those love handles WHILE AT THE SAME TIME, keeping my goal of increasing muscle mass all around?
b) Is that even possible?
3. I am of indian (from India) origin, so i cook and eat lot of indian food. Has anyone else (i guess primarily other indians) know of any website/source where i can find basic nutrional information on homecooked indian food? Probably asking for a little too much... but it would make things easier..
