Hey i just got done my workout for today...(Chest/abs) anyways when i was done i started to think about how i do my chest exercises... i do inclined dumbell presses, flat bench dumbell presses...and declined db presses....now for me it seems like im using my arms to much, is there any remedy to this? i feel as tho im not gettin the full benefits from these exercises....im sure other people have this problem to

concentrate on using and " pull" from ur pecs, pull the weight up from ur inner chest if that makes any sense .....the mind muscle connection is very powerful and does work, also it would help if u didn't lock ur arms out keep a slight bennd in them and i think that woudl help.........also how narrow of a grip do u have?

thanks andrew....when i do the presses i have been using dumbells instead of a barbell so my grip is alittle more then shoulder width ...when i use a bar its a little wider. but i havent used the bar in along time (i dont have a partner to spot me anymore)

Do the flys. Seems to take the arms out of the equation a bit and isolate the chest more.
