Hey I was wondering if anyone could give me some suggestions on good exercises for upper back muscles. I would like to increase the size of the muscles that cover the sholder blades. Thanks

bent over laterals, bent over barbell rows, and wide chins will all help add on some mass.. keep the reps around 6-8.
