I am built the same way and am having some success with incline dumbell flys. I really feel it pulling in the upper chest. And what is your shoulder work out like. Lots of presses for the shoulders I hope, as those muscles meet the upper chest and can help the look.

It sounds like you're only doing inclines. Are you doing regular bench and declines?

i do a little less wit warm ups and i would do dumbbell to 4 sets of barbell and 4 sets of dumbbell they give you a better stretch and build muscle stabilizers and its a different stimilation i actually like doin chest workouts with dumbells better u can do pretty much any thing with them and on heavy days i would do any where from 16-20 sets of chest exercises to get a full round chest and hit every part

actually my chest day is usually:
-bench press
-incline press
-decline dumbell press
-machine pectoral flys
Muscle is definately growing in my lower chest area, but my upper chest is just bone. I want my chest to become round and not lopsided like it is. I will geve dumbell inclines a try, although im not sure ill be able to bring the dumbells up from the floor on my own.
