I am getting ready to go on vacation from August 28 - September 8 and will not have access to my gym. I am going to take my resistance bands with me and will have access to a treadmill. What can I do, so I do not lose all I have gained since March? Should I take my Swiss Ball with me to for crunches. I have worked too hard to lose this!

I would suggest you give your body a rest from the training, except maybe for some cardio, and just keep your daily eating habits.
Youve been training since April, it will be a beneficial break.
Have a good vacation.

Everything I've read on here indicates that a week or two's rest after 3-4 months is beneficial to your overall program. Of course we can't go out and eat like there's no tomorrow, but not stressing about it and enjoying yourself is a good thing. Since you have probably increased your resting metabolism significantly, you may even find you lose a pound or two. If you have a chance to do cardio, then go ahead and do it, it can't hurt. Have fun though, you deserve it!

Thanks, I am sure we will be walking. But I am so afraid that I will lose the 18 pounds of muscle I have developed. I will try not to stress over it!
