Hi, I'm getting married in about 2 months and I want to drop those last 8 pounds. I weigh 118 now and I am 5'2". I exercise alot...here's my schedule:
mon- step class, abs class, and kickboxing
tues - kickboxing, step class
wed- kickboxing
thursday - step, somtimes kickboxing
friday- step
sat - step
All this exercise and I can't seem to get my weight down. I've just been trying the atkins diet and have messed it up twice now. I just can't live without carbs. Now i'm scared to go back to eating carbs regularly because i'll probably gain back what i lost plus some because of the atkins diet.
I really need some advice on a training program and a diet plan....please help.
Wow, i sooo understand where you are coming from. i workout everyday, and i just can't seem to shed those last 10 pounds! I tried the atkins too, but the health issues with that really freaked me out. All i can say is make sure ur diet is clean, and that ur sticking to it. the diet plays a much bigger role than u think, i had to learn that the hard way.(i.e. yo yo dieting). Good Luck!
