im new to freetrainers.com and i was looking at my first day wich is monday and with the exercises it has me doing it has 4 sets with the different target reps, am i supposed to do the first set and stretch and then to the second set until i complete all sets and then move on to the next exercise? because it has me doing to different exercises.
