Hey guys,
i have a very typical problem, the right part of my body is more developed than the left part.
i.e my left shoulder, and full arm is a bit less developed than my right shoulder, and full left arm respectively.
i do my exercises at home ,i.e, free hand exercises.

Hello,

I suggest that you work to stregthen your left side, however, that does not mean that you increase the weight.  Work until both sides are equal.  If that weight your right side can lift and work with is too heavy for your left, don't switch until it isn't.  Your right side will more than likely peak, but that is good because then once the left side catches up you can begin to proceed with equal strength on both sides. It might take some time but you will be able to get there, :-).
