I noticed last night that the left side of my butt is alot more toned than the right..in fact its quite noticable..the same goes for the left leg..
Is there a way that I can even it up by concentrating on the right side while lifting?

Okay, what I'm thinking is perhaps to try resistance machines, leg press, hip extension, calf raise, ect, just with the right leg, with these you could make sure that you would not be creating to much adverse stress on the joints, one leg squats,perhaps with dumbbells although you would need to watch your alignment carefully:)
I also think we may need photo's, just so we can see the difference. lol :big_smile:

Focus on proper form using free weights, machines such as the leg press can exacerbate asymmetry. Have someone knowledgeable watch you do back squats to make sure you are executing them properly.
