I have a size diffrence between my left and right arms in the bicep/tricep area. How should I even up better. I already work the hell outta both arms with the requalr routines from freetrainers. Should I go easier on the bigger arm to give the smaller one time to catch up? Tnanks.
Don't go easier on your bigger arm, go harder on your smaller arm.
