Guys..... I procrastinated, and have only gotten 1 cardio workout in this week, and I feel really really bad. I am going to get another one in tomorrow, but I need someone to tell me that I can keep going, and to get movin!! I will be given the opportunity to check my weight tomorrow night, and hopefully the past 3 weeks will show some results(2lbs lost would be sooooooooo cool) but I am deffinately going to need some support for next week if nothin has changed. Hope you all are doing well, and I'll update you on how the weigh in went on Monday!!

Go do your cardio session tomorrow and work your butt off. It'll make up for not doing as many as you like. Then when you're finished note in your diary when your going to get your cardio sessions in next week. Good luck with the weigh in.

What I have been doing is just IGNORING those negative feelings that say "well, I've missed so much I might as well just forget it, I am hopeless!!"!! YOU CAN IGNORE THEM TOO - I'm sorry, I guess I am "screaming", but I want to make sure you hear me - YOU CAN, YOU CAN, AND YOU WILL DO IT!!! GOOD LUCK TO YOU, I know you know you can do it, too!

Thanks Veda...I deffinately don't feel hopeless, more like guilty. I am determined to go do a session tomorrow, even if it means not sleeping in(GASP) I am hoping that not "needing" to get up at 2:30 tomorrow will help me sleep better so I have lots of energy for the eliptical trainer!!

Do your cardio today and don't stress too much
I heard someone say the other day that losing weight is like a marathon, not a sprint - that you don't have to go flat out all the time. The occasional missed workout here and there is not going to do too much harm in the grand scheme of things.
If one week you only do 2 workouts instead of 3, just try and make sure you do 3 next week.
If you really want to analyse it, you can try to figure out why you only managed 2 this week, and come up with a plan to avoid it happening again.
