What muscles are good to work together on any given day..should i do them all on different days, or put some together..Right now i do Chest one day, then triceps and biceps next day, then back and shoulders, then legs. Is that good or should they all be split up or done diffent combinations.... Also what is the difference between hammer bicep curls and regular curls..what different results can i get from hammer..thanks

The answer depends on how many days you train and what you prefer....as well as intensity and so forth
I think it's best to train large body part with a smaller body part....back+triceps, legs/shoulders, chest/bi....
training opposing body parts..bi/tri works well..however I don't suggest doing back/chest as each requires a lot of energy/intensity...
hammer curls are done with a neutral grip(palm sideways)...regular curls are done with palms facing away from the body...

I am training 5-6 days a week, at a moderate to high intensity...
What different parts of the bicep does the hammer curl work

bicep brachialis and brachioradialis.. in other words your bicep, and the flexor in your forearm
