I was wondering if mixing up my times when I work out is good or bad. Or does it matter? I have been working out in mornings everyday for 5 months now. I work in radio, and with the summer coming, concerts, contests etc. I have been extremely busy lately. I finiding it hard to go to the gym but I am making it happen. Monday I went in the morning. TOday I will not be able to till this evening and who knows about Friday. Does it matter if it is not routine? I was also told to cut back abit and not go everyday, so now I feel guilty because I am not on my schedule anymore.

Also, I am finding it hard to eat enough. I've been keeping track of my caloric intake and it's been averaging about <1000 a day. Im just not hungry. Do I need to force myself to eat? Im fine as far as energy and how I feel, but I don't want to compromise my progress by not eating enough. What do you think?

As far as the workouts... vary the time... it prevents that nasty plateau thing.... it keeps your body guessing....
