HEY!! I NEED HELP BADLY!! I'M 5'3 AND ABOUT 130LBS. WHEN I DELIVERED MY BABY, I WAS 205LBS!! NOW, I HAVE A LOWER TUMMY THAT IS HUGE AND I CAN'T SEEM TO GET RID OF IT. BECAUSE MY FRAME IS SO SMALL, ONE CAN EASILY SEE IT. ANY TIPS ON HOW TO GET RID OF IT?

i think dieting is your best bet. (i may be wrong) but im pretty sure i read this sumwhere before and it said that while exercise is good for you, your diet is what will get rid of extra fat from pregnancy.

Hi mmez...bradsgal is right. Dieting and I really hate to use that word, so lets call it a change for life in eating. That is the the first place you begin. Cardio and lifting weights will help you shed those unwanted lbs. Also, once a woman has her baby...her body is forever changed. A womans body appears. This is a great thing especially if you are working out and eating healthy. Congrat's on the baby. If you belong to a gym get in there at least five days a week. There are tons of info in FT forums. Head to the area of popular discussions and read up on whats being talked about. Good Luck and keep us posted. Keep a diary btw of what youre eating and the workout program. If you dont belong to a gym get the baby in the stroller and hit the pavement. Good health and success to you.

I want to get rid of that nasty stomach pouch and my flabby arms and keep it off. How do I go about doin that? can someone please help.
