im 20 yrs old n i have been overweight most of my life.i just started running n lifting weights because im tired of looking in the mirror n being disgusted.i have man tits n a fat gut n im trying to get rid of them asap!!! im open to all suggestions so please let me have them.thnks

Well, with man tits and a fat gut, ASAP will not apply. Lifestyle changes are necessary.

ASAP won't happen but the later your start the more you are going to have them. Also, NOW is a good time. You are young and skin won't stay stretched out. Just eat right and exercise. I am really really close to no man boobs and its been around 4 months for me.
