k..I am 6'1" and by no means a thick guy. i am pretty skinny..although I weigh 180 pounds. decent shape.
However, I have love handles that seems to be hereditary. What kind of exercises can I do to get rid of the love handles?
Diet and exercise is the key to success Im sure you have heard that story once before but that's because its the same old story it's what works. Good old fashioned hard work. YUCK. To bad there isn't a thing called spot reduce...God if there was we'd all have our own perfect body.
