Althoug i cant seem to get past 1,800 colories in the week, i should be eating 3,000 he says. I am 6 foot and when last checked i weighed 142. Also i dont want to just start eating junk food because i just want to lose my love handles, which is where id say 80% of my fat is. Ohh yeah i eat around 150 to 200gs' of protein and 150- 200gs' of Carbs. PLEASE HELP!!!

Well you should probably be eating a lot of fruits and vegetables, tuna and chicken which are all good for the body.

I think you are trying to say 1800 calories in a day, not a week. If I were you I would aim for roughly 3500 calories per day. There are ways to figure out how many calories you should be consuming per day based on your total calorie expendeture, but I forget where to find one.
Im in the same boat you are. I am 17, 6'0" - 185lbs. and aiming for 4200-4500 calories a day. First of all I would recommend that you eat smaller portions split up into 6 meals a day. This will help give your body constant noursment and keep your body from entering a catabolic state (when muscles break down into glucose for energy).
You are right about cutting out all junk food, as most of the junk people eat today is not utalized by the body and ends out coming out the other end anyways. Try to eat smaller, well-balanced meals that include sufficent amounts of protien, carbohydrates, and fats.
Hope some of this info helps.
