Hi everybody. On Monday I do my triceps and chest, three excercises, three sets each 12 10 and 8 reps, increasing weight each set. My triceps usually stay sore until about Friday or Saturday, while the rest of my muscles dont stay sore that long, usually for 1 or 2 days. Could I be overtraining my triceps?
