Triceps exercise

Just noticed in week 1 of my triceps-biceps day (from the exercise program generated here) that its put the 'Barbell Triceps Extention' exercise twice - on the same day!

Is that supposed to be correct? Doesn't seem right to me to be doing 8, high-rep sets of the same exercise in one day.

Please advise; maybe I can substitute the duplicate with another triceps exercise?

Feel free to substitute. You can do close grip bench presses, or dumbbell extensions.

Good luck and hit your triceps hard...after getting that horseshoe shape, you will look awesome!

Looks like dumbell extentions are scheduled for week 2, so I'll hit the close grip bench presses this time.
