Just noticed in week 1 of my triceps-biceps day (from the exercise program generated here) that its put the 'Barbell Triceps Extention' exercise twice - on the same day!
Is that supposed to be correct? Doesn't seem right to me to be doing 8, high-rep sets of the same exercise in one day.
Please advise; maybe I can substitute the duplicate with another triceps exercise?
