Does anyone know of a lift that will concentrate on the outer part of the tri? (The part of the horseshoe that is away from the body)

Cable pull-down with the rope burns the S#@t out of my tri, especially the outer section you're talking about, that final bit as I straighten my arms to my side burns like hell. I Love it.
