I'VE BEEN RUNNING 10 MINS ON THE TREADMILL FOR A FEW WEEKS NOW...AND I WAS WONDERING SHOULD I DO OTHER CARDIO (BIKES, ELLIPTICAL OR SOMETHING) JUST TO GET OFF TREADMILL SO IT DOESENT GET TO BE REPETITIVE?

If you've been only doing it for 10 minutes because it's a warm up, then it's ok. However, if you ever want to increase it to give yourself a cardio workout, then yes, vary between all of what's available to you.

Yes, Break it up and use the different machine. I have been also trying to use the HIIT method also. I try to do a minimum of 20 minutes on cardio days

the thing is...i feel that i get much more of a workout on 20 mins of running than biking or the elliptical so would it still be best to vary or to stay with the one i kow that i get a good workout from?

Your body gets used to the same movement and workout. It is good to increase it up, or change type of cardio every time you feel the need. But hey, if its working and you are seeing results. keep going.

yeah i forgot to mention that... every week i increase the time and/or the difficulty of my workout, adding a hill or going faster, that sort of thing but just out of curiosity, why is it bad to be repeaticious?
