hofully your diet is good.
I'd do shoulders 1st if I was gonna put them on same day...
upright rows 3 sets of 12-6
military press 3-4sets of 8-5
shoulder 21s( front, side, rear laterals) 7 a piece 2x
bent over rows 4 sets of 10-4
pull ups/downs 3-4 sets of 12-6
end it with some deadlift 3-5 sets 6-3 reps....if it too tiresome here...do dealifts at begining.

I would do the biggest exercises first...or those that take the most out of YOU
Military Presses take more out of me than Pull Ups or Rows...so I do them first...however deadlifts are torturous...so I do them before military presses...not sure about upright rows....not the best of exercises...
Deadlifts+Shrugs
Military Presses
Chin Ups/Bent over Rows
most beginners can probably do this weekly for a while....before the weight becomes an issue for deadlift where they may need less frequency....reps 5-8 work well...2-5 sets...
