I am seeking help with a training schedule. I do not have much for equipment. Push-up handles, chin-up bar, inclined crunch bench, and 2 20lb. dumbells. I really want to get into good shape for a class reunion coming up in 6 months. I also do have a place where I can run indoors. I am 48 years old, 185lbs, 6' tall. I have a slim build and I would like to drop this little belly and put some meat on my arms, cheat and shoulders. I can workout 5 days per week (Monday-Friday) I also whould like some nutritional info.
